Returns or cancellations must have the prior approval of the senior manager at Sunglo Greenhouses and must be for justifiable reasons. Returns will only be accepted if boxes and contents are returned in their original condition and NO parts are missing, if a greenhouse has been built or partially built, there are no returns allowed. Any defective parts at the time of receipt will be replaced at the discretion of the senior manager at Sunglo Greenhouses. The value extended for such approved returns will be based on the invoice value at the time of ordering. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted for orders canceled within 30 days after order. Return of merchandise will not be accepted if the order is older than 31 days. The return freight cost of goods to our fulfillment warehouse is the sole responsibility of the customer. It is not acceptable for refunds, credit or replacements to be offered if you change your mind, make an incorrect choice, or the item or size is not what you expected. Please fully research your size and feature needs and our products before you purchase.
